As a registered Reporting Entity under **FIU-IND**, Bivex1 collects identity data including Aadhaar, PAN, and Video KYC to ensure the safety of the Erode Cluster.

2. Trade Confidentiality

Your trade chats and payment proofs are encrypted. They are only accessed by the Director's Arbitration Desk in the event of a dispute.

3. Bank Account Safety

We do not store your full bank login details. We only display the account name and number you provide to facilitate e₹ (Digital Rupee) or UPI transfers.

4. Data Sharing

Bivex1 does not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with Indian regulatory authorities when legally required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
